Creating a powerful and engaging online presence for German Flooring was critical to their success online. The competition in the flooring industry is fierce, and in this case, it included several big-box stores and 192 small to mid-sized flooring businesses just in the neighborhood. An aimless web presence would hurt their chances of standing out and converting potential shoppers who were primarily searching online before visiting a store.

Our Approach

An elegant website design combined with jargon-free, useful content to educate shoppers about benefits, communicate the brand’s unique market position, and showcase their exclusive flooring products.

Website Users were thoughtfully guided through each step of the buying process to generate leads for our client and increase foot-traffic to the local showroom.

To accompany their newly designed website, we created strategic search advertising and SEO campaigns to generate a flow of targeted traffic to the website, increase the number of online leads, and grow their market share.

Although SEO content was written to drive traffic from search engines, it was primarily written with the end-user in mind. Each piece of content was carefully crafted to educate shoppers about the benefits of the products using easy to understand language. As a result, user-engagement and product views soared within the first month of launching the website.

Search advertising campaigns were structured to bring in immediate business to our client while allowing us to identify key areas to scale effectively. To compete with big-box stores and bigger flooring brands that dominated the industry, we knew we had to be strategic. We focused on targeting the middle and bottom of the funnel shoppers that were ready to make a purchase and effectively positioned our client as a strong competitor.

This angle worked extremely well. Our high quality scores, relevant ad copy, and landing pages led to a 5.91% click-through rate and a 4.52% conversion rate at a fraction of what other advertisers were paying.
